David Leong

David Leong is the principal lecturer in the School of Infocomm at Republic Polytechnic. David graduated from Monash University with a first-class degree in engineering and a master’s degree in engineering science. David is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and an honorary advisor for Centre for AI Innovation (CEAI). David conducts research in machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing, having clinched research grants from the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore and Singapore Totalisator Board Social Innovation Research. David currently conducts training in AI.

Daniel Vong Wei Liang

Daniel Vong Wei Liang is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics and Mechatronics) and Computer Science. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Wangi Lai PLT, he specializes in developing assistive technology for various disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to ethical engineering practices and sustainability. Daniel’s leadership extends to strategic planning, R&D, and partnership establishment, resulting in notable achievements and recognitions in the field. Additionally, he volunteers as an International Professional Registration Advisor for the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), providing guidance on professional registration, and serves as an HRD Corp Exempted Trainer, imparting technical skills to his team and external parties. Mr. Teddy Lee

Mr. Teddy Lee is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in auditing, education, and technology. He began his career as an Auditor with PwC (Singapore) before venturing into the realm of artificial intelligence (AI). As the Founder and President of the Asia AI Association, based in Singapore, he plays a pivotal role in advancing AI initiatives in the region. Teddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and has a background in computer science from Hwa Chong Junior College, where he studied ‘A’ Level computer science. With a passion for education, Teddy has taught AI concepts and Python coding to students, aiming to empower them with essential skills. Additionally, he has experience teaching English and Maths at the primary school level. Teddy’s expertise extends to coding languages such as Python, Turbo Pascal, and Delphi. His motto revolves around transforming students’ understanding of AI and Python from basic to mastery, emphasizing his dedication to teaching and nurturing students’ growth.
